Valley Mall has partnered with American Express to offer the exclusive Valley Mall Gift Card!

The Valley Mall Gift Card is a prepaid, non-reloadable gift card. Gift cards can be purchased for any amount between $20 and $300 at Concierge Services located inside the main mall entrance under the staircase. The cards are accepted at all retail, restaurant, and service establishments that welcome the American Express Card within Valley Mall, Valley Mall Plaza, Valley Mall Frontage, and Washington Plaza. Please note there is a $2 purchase fee per card, similar to an activation fee with other prepaid cards.

The American Express Gift Card can be used at U.S merchants that accept American Express Cards. No ATM cash withdrawal. Some limitations apply, including restriction on use at cruise lines or for recurring billing. See Cardholder Agreement for complete details. Visit our Concierge Services Center located at the main entrance under the staircase to purchase a Valley Mall Gift Card.

Have a large gift card order? Call us ahead of time at (509) 469-9308 so we can prepare your gift cards for purchase and let us know when you'll be arriving.

*Please note that we cannot accept payment over the phone; we accept cash, Visa/MasterCard and American Express only and do require a valid ID for all credit card transactions.
