Where can I use my Valley Mall Gift Card?

The Valley Mall Gift Card is accepted at retail, restaurant and service establishments that welcome the American Express Card within Valley Mall, Valley Mall Plaza, Valley Mall Frontage, and Washington Plaza.

What do I do if my mall gift card is lost or stolen?

Contact American Express at 1 (800) 314-2729 immediately. You must know the card number and have an original receipt to be issued a replacement card. Card funds will only be replaced for the amount still remaining on the mall card as of the time American Express is notified of the loss with proof of purchase. A $5.95 replacement card fee will be charged to replace a lost or stolen mall gift card, subject to applicable law.

The "valid thru date" on my card shows that it has expired, but I still have funds left on the card, what do I do?

The “valid thru” date on the front of the card is the date through which your physical plastic card may be used. This date is required to process transactions at merchants that request a plastic expiration date. Even if the “valid thru” date has passed on the card, its available balance remains unchanged and intact. In order to keep making purchases with your available balance, after a card’s “valid thru” date has passed, please call (877) 297-6010 for a free replacement card or visit Valley Mall Guest Services.

I need to return something I purchased using my Valley Mall Gift Card, what do I need to do?

If you wish to return any merchandise purchased with the Valley Mall Gift Card, the return is subject to the merchant's return policies. Merchants may process the return as a credit to the mall gift card, issue a store credit or cash refund. If the merchant issues a credit to the mall gift card, such funds may not be immediately available for spending, but will generally be available within three to seven days.
